.: FOS--bruised and aching :.

Sigh, woke up this morning still with an extremely painful muscle ache in the left leg. Starting to think it is not merely a muscle ache, but rather, that the muscle had been overstretched. Sigh.....
Today's FOS.......more like SOS.....haha. Before the match , had to force myself to run to get used to running about with the muscle ache. It was very painful, but I managed to keep it out of my mind, at least till after the match. Hmm....our intensive badminton sessions on friday and saturday didn't seem to work, or at least, we didn't seem to be putting out strategy to work. I think we were too nervous. We were all up against guys who smashed viciously into the girls. We weren't in our best form. Sigh...smashed into the net, couldn't catch the kai1 qiu2, etc. Sigh. I even fell flat on the floor. So now, in addition to the orignally already overstretched muscle, I have a terrible bruise on my left knee. What more, my muscle is more stretched than ever. Will be limping tomorrow...thanks gloria for helping me manoeuvre my way around.
Soccer guys and girls put in their best shots too. But maybe luck wasn't on their side today. They lost too...but it's ok! Everyone put in their best effort! That's the most important.....
At around 2, went for lunch at coro with gloria, joseph, kenny and vernon. Was very hungry and tired by then. After lunch, went home. Had to cross this overhead bridge. Hard time getting down. Sigh.....
Still not used to writing online. Never mind. Adaptation needs time too right? Haha...sigh....that's all for now....
