.: fever-sore throat-flu : vicious cycle :.

sigh.....started off with a slight fever over the weekend... the fever was gone by late monday afternoon.... but then came it's good friend, sore throat.... it arrived on eh..wed? yah... had to eat strepsils and ricola...still am now...haha... now...the sore throat is gone.......but yet another good friend comes visiting... flu...... went to sch this morning still in an ok condition...reached school, started sneezing... thought it would be better as the day progressed, but apparently not... in fact, it worsened... finished my tissue, had to get a pack of tissue from hf.....thanks... when u need to sneeze, but somehow u cannot sneeze.....that kind of sensation... really very difficult... u will feel a painful sensation building up in intensity in your nose...then ur eyes start to water..... sigh...... hate that sensation... and after u sneeze, ur ears get blocked... sigh......
have been rushing nsts application over the past few days.....esp yesterday and today... hate all the paperwork..... the paperwork is really what puts people off... yesterday, went to kbox aft sch with lyn hf jy jas glo ms v and k. left earlier at 6.50 to buy my mother's birthday cake, before returning home to have dinner outside with my family. the cake was nice...haha... but i certainly had a hard time squeezing into the mrt train..... it was the peak hour... and many pple were jostling and nudging their way into and out of the train carriage... was so afraid the cake would get squashed. luckily it didn't :) after returning home from dinner, i started intensive filling in of nsts application form...haha... the hardest part of the soft copy of the passport sized photo..sigh... tried scanning the photo using my father's comp at 10 plus.....tried unsuccessfully till..near 12. then started panicking.... asked gloria for help... was told to use the digi cam to photograph my passport sized photo, and send to gloria's acc... had a hard time trying to take the photo....first, ran around the dark house (everyone, except me, was asleep) looking for the digi cam... then realised no bat... ran ard looking for the charger, only to realised it wasn't the charger. so continued frantically looking for the other camera accessories, esp the charger..... finally found it... tried connecting all the things together.....the connection was so loose, the camera kept switching off even though the charger was connected to it... and i only had two hands lah..... had to try pressing onto all the connected junctions so that there would not be any loose connections... then had to try snapping a photo of my passport sized photo... finally managed to snap one... then realised the memory card...argh...... got so many wu2 liao2 photos taken by my siblings!!! and dun noe why, the comp keeps loading the first 42 of 57 pics then cannot load liao...so my pic wasn't loaded, so i had to look for another memory card, delete the photos, and repeat the entire process again. finally got the photo uploaded to my comp. managed to send the pic to gloria's account.. gloria! very sorry for keeping you up till 12! very sorry! felt so very very bad! argh... oh yah... my comp's floppy drive........ dun noe how come... it's kong1 xin1 so said... when i pushed my diskette in, it merely fell to the bottom of the compartment!... argh..... sigh...... once again, sorry gloria for keeping u up!!!
today, was rushing the application during both the breaks... sigh... thanks pple for helping here and there-- lyn and hf for photocopying my results and buying food, ms for the dates and compilation, glo for the photo resize...... thanks! so happy when i could finally put the entire envelop consisting 4 research papers, a diskette and 2 thick forms to the tray in GO... aft that, went to imm with my parents... looked for a desk lamp, bought some groceries, and ate lunch... sis is in stay-in camp at sch today till tomorrow... will miss her...
sigh.....the flu is bad...... i hate the flu! painful sensation... watery eyes! argh...
