have been very busy lately, and will be even busier over the next few weeks...
went for ssef briefing on wed... suddenly got lotsa things to rush over the next week... poster, printing of abstracts, borrowing of clothes etc... sounds scary... interview... questions posted by professors... i keep thinking and feeling that my project seems very trivial as compared to others' with those long long incomprehensible scientific terms.. mine is simply : Usage of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Singapore. will be missing sch week 10 tue afternoon and the entire wed and thurs... hey pple come support us (wj ms liming me) @ science centre!!! really dun noe how to start on my poster, just know that the clock is ticking......
thurs--mr lee's bd! happy birthday mr lee! 04S79 celebrated his bd aft sch... cake plus some pink stuff that the guys were spraying ard...... haha...... it was fun.. after that, went for a run with liming hf lyn jy amanda. saw the "phua chu kang house....... ran back for chem s later......
today-- cross country at turf city..... aft lunch, went over to turf city with jy jas liming lyn hf gloria irene wong wj. long walk in... assembled at the grand stand...... cos not enough girls to run competitive, so i had no choice but to put my name down under "competitive", though i very well know that i am certainly not up to that standard....haha.. what's more, it's a foreign terrain this time round..... was thinking of just doing my best.... trying not to stop and not to run too slowly..... the races started punctually. mr remedios ran. he looked very sporty with his cap and knee guards. then came 'A' girls competitive. our class--liming luer irene leong jas lyn me. very soon, the race started. was running with lyn initially. then lyn went ahead after the slope, while i was running at a slower pace. so after the slope, alone i was. haha... ran past jasmine.. she was having stitches....... so she started walking..... i contiued running..... was running the second part of the first loop-around region when jo and ws, who were on the first part of that region, spotted me. thanks for cheering me on! continued running...... saw jo and ws again at the next loop-around region. thanks for cheering me on once again! thanks! when running the last lap, nearing the finishing line, saw mr remedios sitting by the road. thanks mr remedios for cheering too! sprinted to the finishing line..... yeah! i am very happy with myself..... didn't stop, and in fact, i felt good... came in 194.......which is very good for my standard liao..... haha..... the pple were saying how come today i run so fast... haha.. also dun noe.. lyn said adrenaline rush... but i felt normal leh.. haha... no lah..... also dun noe why... but i am happy with my performance :) was walking in the carpark, wanting to go out of turf city, when jeff suddenly popped out of his father's car and asked if i wanted to dong bang. i didn't realised that was his father's car lah.. haha..... thanks jeff! haha..... reached home..... so tired... actually fell asleep on my brother's bed and got chased off.. haha.....
