morning--my father's friend (n his family) came to bai nian. yup, cny is over, but we didn't have time to meet up with them. so they came today.
afternoon--wanted to go to the temple to pray, but seeing that time was running out, mum decided to go on tuesday instead.
late afternoon--left house at a little aft 4 for city hall....... meeting gloria there first to buy mouthpiece for her suona. felt so grown up...... haha... met up with gloria at 4.15pm. went to bras basah to get her mouthpiece. eh..... either 2nd, 3rd or 4th storey hor? haha..... then on the 4th floor, realised it's a corner shop on the 2nd floor. took the stairs down eh? i was in heels..... haha...... but it's ok..haha.. finally bought the mouthpiece.. walked back to city hall mrt.. cut across this hotel..... one of the staff was looking at us weirdly.. haha..... but i think cos we were in rather formal clothes, he didn't chase us away... haha..... met up with the "rest" at dhoby ghaut mrt... many pple were late..... eventually, we went over to fish and co first..... waited till there were ard 30 pple, then we were allowed to have the place. juniors nearly 100% attendance, seniors eh... near 80%. the ordering process was long and rather tedious..... had a blackout, but the lights came on again after a while... was sitting with chengyen, kenny, lynette, gloria. lyn ah, no watermelon, ended up drinking only ah... i shared a meal with gloria... nice but pricey...... haha..... snapped a few photos here and there. then started playing this "scissors paper stone, lose then hit" game. lynette ah..... release stress is it? hit so hard... then i kept losing...... so painful! now, at home, i realise my capillaries actually burst..... can see tiny bruises scattered over my hand, a re-enactment of the time i played volleyball..... so painful! left fish and co with the gals and jeff at ard 9.40. the mrt was rather crowded.. weekend crowd..... reached home at ten plus... heehee..... was hungry, went to eat some biscuits and drank soup..... tired
