.: ~argh.....literally learning to walk properly~ :.

one over week has past since i hurt the ligament i my knee... everytime i visit the doc, a layer of medicine is applied, and over the layer of medicine, the white cloth is bandanged very tightly ard the knee....and when there is no bandage, there's the knee guard... such that today, when i was walking in school, i kept feeling this piercing pain at the back of my knee area.. but didn't know what was causing it... reached home, took off the knee guard......realised the area behind my knee po4 pi2, as in, due to friction, the skin is scraped off, something like that... and i actually walked around the school the entire day with the knee guard scraping past the already scraped skin..... no wonder so pain....... ouch.... now will go without the knee guard first, for now... let the skin heal first... sigh.... hmm..... a bit better already..... no need to go doc for such regular check-ups already... but must do self-physio at home... gou1 jiao3, stretch leg, lift it up for one min, then one half min, two min, two half min, then three min, etc... hmm tried that yesterday.......it's tiring eh..must have determination...... now...i am literally learning how to walk properly from scratch...... it still pains whenever i move my leg... sigh..... suddenly felt like running today.. haven't been exercising this week cos of this..... hee those who heard me say i wanted to run were "scolding" me... haha...... kk dun worry......i want to run, but li4 bu4 chong2 xin1. haha...... shall learn to walk first, then run.. haha.... in fact now, i have a phobia for running.. sigh..kk nvm.... one step at a time...... literally...
