~had biomed meeting this morn at 11.30am.. as expected, we were benig told off for our poor attendance the past months..... sincerely hope hc won't pull out of the comp this year..... will try to put in my best... it may not be the best to any other person, but if i know that i have done my best and i have put in effort, then to me, that is putting in my best...

~went for bio lect aft biomed meeting, then biomed training aft bio lect, didn't have lunch.. haha..... was real hungry when biomed ended at 6 plus.. biomed today...did 2003 paper on biochem, physio and anat... oh dear.. haha... horrendous.....
~reached home real hungry.. tired lah.....
