.: ~interview workshop~ :.

~went for an interview skills workshop in sch today.jy jas liming jess went too. the trainers were great! Imelda and Audrey, they were both full of energy! it was fun, though a bit frightening at times haha...eg. when u are asked to do an impromptu 1 min speech in front of everyone, and worst of all, u are videotaped!!! then there comes the analysis bit, where ur gestures and postures are been analysed by Imelda.didn't realise my left hand was behind my back all the time! haha...then we had to change into our corporate attire..omg...didn't know we would be asked to change into our attire, so i just grabbed anything from the wardrobe this morning..didn't even iron the bouse!!! there were creases in the skirt, but generally it still looked alright, but the blouse, omg, it was horribly creased! had to walk into the room with your attire, sit down for 2 sec, then walk out. and yes, this was videotaped as well. we then saw how we "performed", as captured by the videocam. to end off the session, there was a mock interview session for everyone. it was scary! haha...expect the unexpected.was real tired after the workshop. for someone who doesn't fall asleep on the bus easily, i actually did just that on my journey home...yawn...
