~ny celebrated cny today...felt just like yesterday when i was like one of those gals in white, sitting in the hall, straining my neck to see the performances, fanning myself unsuccessfully with my hands haha...cny is here...
~over the course of yest and today, i brought home all the worksheets practicals quizzes to mark...i predict that my cny hols won't be spend idling away haha...just realised that i will have to carry everything i have brought back home to mark, back to school next wed. how am i going to do that? it's really a huge stack!!! it would already be an achievement, a great one at that, to be able to finish marking them over the hols. giving the ticks and crosses is ok...but giving the mark is not...i have to think 1 or 2? and i hate to fail people. i will go through the entire ws or quiz again if the marks tally to give a "fail". i hate failing people. but when i really have no choice..i have to...
~yesterday's sec 2 science lesson was eh...amusing...it the topic of reproduction. i started off with the male repro system. was explaining the struc and function of the various parts. i must have gotten into the habit of saying"your this your that". i kept going "your testis", "your scrotum" then i will quickly shake my head and say "oh no! it's not "your" " only to repeat the "your" syndrome the next minute. was glad when i reached the female repro system. then i could safely use the word "your" haha. i was using real life things to draw analogies. things include...balloons, pear, eggs. the class was like..oh no..no more fruits..haha...by the end of the lesson, i think they won't dare to eat anything already haha...
