~heaty, heaty, heaty~ :.
~wonder if it's because these days, i have to talk lotsa more than what i usually do, my throat feels real real real dry and sore. it's not that i haven't been drinking enough water. i have, i think. for a frequent toilet-goer like me, and that is an understatement, i have been drinking from and refilling my bottle in school frequently. whenever you see me walking up from my desk going out of the staffroom, u can safely bet that i am heading for the ladies. then yesterday, i felt a wave of heatiness. oh dear... sigh... not again... sigh... lucky today is my off day, managed to rest a bit..but the heatiness is still there...and i am afraid it may get worse when i get back to school tomorrow. it doesn't help to reduce the heatiness when you have to talk (much louder and longer than what i usually do) all day. your, or my, throat gets sore and dry. and the heatiness just gets augmented. grrr....having a headache now...preparing lessons...
