~open houses~ :.
~apps stuff can get very frustrating at times... sigh... went for ntu open house on sat, listened to the talk on double deg in biomed sci and tcm. it sounds quite interesting. went around taking brochures, walked around a bit, then left. yesterday, we went for nus open house. last year i missed the med talk, this year we made it on time. 10 years to a gp, 15 years to a specialist... 20+15=35!!! wow... listened to dentistry talk too... then went to the booths to collect brochures. saw my srp mentor. talked to her about pharmacy... to get a phd in pharmacy, u spend about the same time as a medical student trying to become a specialist... after that, hf and i went for the pharmacy talk... much of what was said i already had some idea of... so yesterday's open house served more of a confirmation session and a time for me to clarify some doubts... after that went singing with hf k v at clementi...was very tired when i reached home...one more week to sch reopen..must start packing away all brochures....start marking...start ppt-ing...
